Returns Policy

60 Day Returns

Returns and Exchanges can be made within 60 days after you received the original order.  Items are only accepted in new and unused condition  and included an RA#.  Please contact us at Grips Express for RA#. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for applicable orders.

Returns and Exchanges

For returns and exchange, you will be responsible for any cost responsible for shipping items back to Grips Express. For returns, you will be refunded for the product purchase price, minus the original shipping cost. In addition, if your order qualified and applied for any free shipping promotions or any other promotion which is based on your order total will be deducted from your total order refund amount. For exchanges, if there is a difference in amount with the value of exchanged items, then we will refund the original payment, or contact you for additional payment if needed.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 24 hours after receiving your product back.  Refunds will be processed to the original credit card or Paypal account and will usually take 4 business days to show up on your bank statement.  

 

Return Shipping  

We recommend using USPS with a tracking number. Please do not use UPS or Fedex because currently do not deliver to P.O. Box. Grips Express cannot verify or issue refunds for lost or stolen shipments.  To the following address below.
